JurisTemps is Hiring an Office Manager

JurisTemps, the leading legal staffing and recruiting firm in St. Louis, seeks a self-motivated and hyper-responsible Office Manager. This position is the critical administrative role in our local company. Will be responsible for all administrative duties including but not limited to: General Office Administration and Support, Payroll, Onboarding, Reporting, Vendor Management, and Operations. Must be prepared to be flexible and wear many hats.

Requirements:

  • Prior executive administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must have experience with Payroll and Employee Management
  • Outstanding computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel. Bullhorn or ATS a plus
  • Knowledge of Paychex Flex
  • Knowledge of Recruiting and/or Staffing would be ideal
  • Legal experience a plus
